Franz Reichelt

I am not usually a morbid blogger, but this guy really has stuck in my mind the past few days, and for some reason I want to stick it on here.

Franz was a tailor in Paris, who sewed together this beauty, and proceeded to jump off the eiffel tower, thinking it would parachute him safely to the ground…  He tied his own knot, so I don’t feel sorry for him, but for some reason it is eerie.

I’m mostly just surprised that mustache didn’t do anything to protect him.
