Fernando Agerre found these fantastically carved, antique funeral Cadillac cars with a wooden body while exploring an old barn in Argentina.
The hearse and the car for the flowers were found in a shed with another old hearse. Initially it was 1942 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 60 Special four-door sedan, each with 133-inch wheelbase and powered V8. They were then converted into upscale hearses by an obscure builder named Hermida Nazzi. Don’t know how much of this is truth but that name, “Nazzi”, makes me wonder. During the 1950’s a lot of fugitives from Nazi Germany fled to Argentina.
